Well Sunday i got some more work done on the 30" scale bass I am building. I got the F-board leveled and slotted for frets. On the neck I had a maple head cap on it but since the f-board is birds-eye and I had a peace big enough I planed the old maple off and added the birds-eye to the headstock. The nice thing is the grain will match up from the f-board to the headstock, should look nice. You can also see in the pics a scetch of the bass on the table top with the f-board that way I know what it will look like and what the scale of the bass will be.

I also got 10 board feet of Poplar to start a new MG-1 that will be for sale. So if you would like to get a price and reserve this bass please e-mail me at meyersguitars@bellsouth.net for pricing and options. It will be a 4 string and you will be able to choose color on body and pick-gaurd as well as hard ware and pick-ups and electronics.
Unitl next week have a good one and play on!
